Great experience with attentive business owner! I hired Shawn's company to evaluate and do maintenance on my HVAC at my new house. Devon, the technician, went above and beyond with the service and helped me understand various things about my system. Shawn was also very concerned and helpful when I had a billing-related question. He truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his business. I'll definitely use his company again!
When I reached out to Shawn I had already spoken with a few HVAC companies and even received a couple quotes. When I called Shawn he was so REAL. Focused the conversation on the HVAC system and problem solved with me. He was the FIRST one to suggest cleaning coils (I purchased a home from a very heavy indoor cigarette smoker). Ultimately we hired him to clean the coils and replace all the ducts. It was by far the BEST price and I has confident that he was doing the job well and not taking advantage of the fact that I am not knowledgable in HVAC. Highly suggest him for all HVAC needs.
