We have been using Seashore for annual inspections for years now, and so when they told me it was time to tent, I believed and trusted them (every 8-12 years if you live in SoCal and for us it was 14).
Brian and Molly are both terrific to work with, and I'm happy to say the work is completed and we have checked this important item off our list.
One warning if you are going to tent...if you had a pre-existing ant problem then you can expect it to get worse after fumigation. The reason for that is the ants are underground and survive the fumigation, but then come up to feast on the dead termites. I see this as "nature's cleanup crew",... read full review
Called them for quotes. Monthly, bimonthly, quarterly prices about the same as competitors. Wanted a local company. Guy came out as scheduled the next day. Appreciate that he wore shoe covers when he came in the house. We're a no shoes in house home and it's such a hassle to vacuum and mop after hired hands, delivery guys, etc... come into the house. Ants and other bugs are mostly gone and he said he'd come back in a couple weeks if the initial spraying didn't do it's thing. Left a chemical list so we know what was used inside and out.
We hired Seashore as we wanted to support a smaller family run business first off. They arrived and sprayed inside and out for some roaches that may have snuck in with new cardboard boxes or paper bags while my mom was away for a few weeks. We tossed all the (expired) food out of the pantry a few months before. That night as well as next few days we found belly up bugs and haven't seen any more out in the foliage. They did the job! We will be using them regularly now.
