I had a low back pain that didn't improve for a couple of months after I tried my own back exercises. I first visited Dr. Ormond before Christmas. I felt an improvement right after the visit but by the second visit the pain returned. Dr. Ormond is very patient and pays attention to my responses after the treatment. He suggested several different exercises for me to try at home. Since the pain returned after I stopped one of the exercises, we figured that I needed to continue with that particular exercise using the roll foam.
