There's a sign on the door that says they're permanently closed. Maps need to update this so people who are having an emergency don't waste there time going to a closed place.

They don't even have a doctor there on weekends and we're completely unhelpful not to mention how tiny the place is

ZERO stars would be more deserving, and appropriate. I went here for a COVID test for an upcoming surgery, as they told me that if I came in on Friday... I would have results by Monday. They LIED.An anesthesiologist, Nurses, TWO surgeons... a surgery costing hundreds of thousands of dollars. $225.00! This is what it cost me to FIX THEIR SCREW UP!! I had to jump right up and go PAY SOMEONE ELSE, to do the job these people told me they would do. Then, they tell me that in order to fix this and get me my results, that I should jump in the car and go to ANOTHER LOCATION in another city AND in rush hour traffic no less, AND I would've needed to get there in an hour? NO THANKS. I don't trust you. I WILL NEVER TRUST YOU AGAIN WITH ANYTHING CONCERNIG MY CARE!! This place should NOT be trusted to do COVID testing...

I had a great experience with the team of receptionist, medical assistants, and Physicians Assistant. They achieved a professional combination of efficient but thorough and caring. They placed my prescription order with the pharmacy before I walked out the door, and, then, I could pick up the meds right after to start the healing process.

This review is solely for the doctor I saw yesterday (7-28-22). I believe her name was R. Usha. This isn’t the first time I’ve came into contact with her, when she worked at Lakewood regional medical center she caused my husband to have to have surgery because she stitched his finger up horribly and wasn’t supposed to. He needed surgery. Anyways, I came in for dental pain while pregnant and she prescribed me pain medication and multiple pharmacies had trouble verifying her as a doctor. The pharmacy spoke with her, and then told me to give her a call to see what she can do to fix the issue and when I did call she kept speaking over me, very rudely and saying that the pharmacy didn’t say that when I had my husband and son there that heard it also. She then proceeded to bring up a prescription for (6 norcos) I got 2 months prior for ovarian cysts trying to use that as an excuse as to why she couldn’t be verified by the pharmacy when that just wasn’t true. There was an issue with her number on the prescription. She is a terrible impatient doctor and I truly feel like she’s being sent around to hospitals and urgent cares because she’s got so much attitude she’s impossible to work with lol. The staff here was very nice and understanding but the doctor is awful…

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I am from out of state, verified with my insurance company that I was covered at that specific location. Get there and then they tell me that when they called I'm not covered... I made them call the insurance company in my presence they say I'm 100% covered. They then say they have to call the supervisor because I don't have a "group name" for my HMO - that's not a thing. Reality is they don't want to go through insurance and want cash instead. Complete joke and waste of time.

Day 1: tried their convenient SMS text option they have on their website. No reply.Day 2: left a voice message in the morning, no reply.Today 1/6, no reply. Communication is a negative factor. Perhaps I'll change my rating later but I can't think of a reason to call for anything after this.

took me almost an hour to wait in my car just for a covid testing. they say that they only got one person to do my test and he's busy . WOW!

If I could give a zero I would. I was told if I was here before 6:30pm I would be seen. I was here before that. I drove all the way down here. Than to be told the dr. Was busy. So I couldn't be seen.
