Dropped in for the 5:00 AM class and had a great workout. The upper body and bench press workout was killer. Aaron was an awesome coach! super welcoming, clear instruction, and great energy. Solid gym and great vibes. Would definitely drop in again.
Matt is the real deal, and if you want to take your fitness seriously, he is the person to help! This is no BS, you come here and work! Love to see a gym owner take so much pride in what he does as well. Also good community of like minded people! They will help you in your journey no matter where you are starting out!
I dropped in at Redwolf and had a great experience. The gym is a top notch facility with great people and coaches. The workout was great and everyone is incredibly nice. Highly recommend!
