We just took our daughter for a back to school haircut, and they just about butchered her cut. My husband asked for her length to be a little longer than her shoulders and the stylist somehow cut over her shoulder after they had agreed on the length. He also asked for bangs that frame her face and she completely ignored what he asked for and gave her short bangs across the forehead. We have gone here for years and this is definitely the last time we ever come here. Do yourself a favor and read the current reviews and go elsewhere. A customer should always be happy about a haircut and that was not the case today.

Mindy is not a good stylist. Both times I took my son there between 13-15 months of age she was extremely rough, impatient- rushing through his haircut. Additionally the haircut was uneven so I don’t understand why I am paying $30 for a job that was not even done correctly. Mostly all the staff there is always in a bad mood and very rude. This place should not be handling kids, and should be shut down. I will never be taking my son here EVER again. DO NOT GO HERE THERE ARE BETTER PLACES - DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Went to Rainbow Kids to get my daughter’s bangs trimmed. They cut them almost half way up her forehead and left side was a good half inch shorter. Worst haircut!! On top of that, the staff was rude and my hair stylist had to keep asking the front desk for advice. I will not be returning, which is unfortunate, because I used to go here as a child, and was excited to bring my daughter.

Took my son (almost 3yrs old) to get a hair cut and I feel like they don’t know how to cut boys’ hair. The stylist left his hair all uneven everywhere so much so that I decided to take him to a barber shop to get his hair fixed. I had brought him here a few times and each experience kept getting worse. I also had reserved the Star Wars plane seat and he did not get to sit on it. This place does not do well with boys’ haircuts. Would recommend to go else where.

Terrible experience coming in through the door with my service animal to come in to my appointment and be told I couldn’t come in with her to cut my daughter’s hair. She came out and apologized about it. Thanks a lot. Not ever coming here again.

My 18 month old son's first haircut. Mindy did such a great job, made our little man feel comfortable and great at distracting him with toys and his favorite cartoon. We will definitely be back!!

Worst experience I have had with a kids haircut. Took my nearly 2 year old and I've never seen a more chaotic place. Walked in to kids screaming which already put my kid into an uneasy mood. It only got worse once we started. I couldn't believe how rough the woman was cutting my kids hair, watching him pull away and her just holding his hair while he cried, not trying to move with him or even stop and let him calm down before trying again. I told her to stop twice to which I was ignored. It takes a lot for me to get pissed but I was livid. After an embarrassing haircut I finally stopped her and said we were done, I didn't care that it was half finished she shouldn't have been cutting kids hair. If it was possible to give this place a negative review I would do so in a heartbeat. There are far better in the area.

My grandson Holland (3) loves Amy, she make it quick and fun. The buzzing was scary for him at first but Amy made it fun, and her sweet demeanor helped him get over the fear of the sound. Now he loves going & looks forward to see her for his hair cuts. Susan G
