This location is inside the LA fitness and to the right. The room I got was a bit bigger than the normal size I’m used to at another location which was great since I brought a guest.

I had an amazing experience at Perspire, the red light sauna spa inside La Fitness in Huntington Beach. The employees were fantastic, providing excellent service with a friendly attitude. The cleanliness of the facility exceeded my expectations, and I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. The health benefits of the red light sauna are truly remarkable. I highly recommend Perspire for anyone looking to prioritize their well-being in a convenient location.

Cured my eczema, seborrheic dermatitis and atopic dermatitis after going 4 days in a row.Trust me! Dermatologists will never share this with you, because they can’t push their steroid, anti fungal and medicinal creams, btw.. always with co-pays.Love Perspire Infrared Sauna Studio.PS: I go to the studio in Dana Point.
