My most recent experience there was above and beyond my expectation.<br><br>Back story (not like anyone reads these), but I sat on my new glasses and shattered an arm off of them. I called in over thew weekend to explain the situation and to my surprise Patti (Spelling?) proactively reached out from my message and explained I could come right on in as she had already found the glasses in stock and gave me color choices. Talk about being ahead of thew game!<br><br>To my surprise when I brought in my broken glasses and fully expecting to pay for the new frames, she said she could fix them. I am shocked because in today's world people would generally take the easier way out and charge me for a new frame, but she went above and beyond in all areas of customer service.<br><br>I can't thank you enough for saving me money, and being fully prepared with backup frames regardless.<br><br>Kudos Patti and thank you!”
