I’ve been to this urgent care twice — once for an allergic reaction and most recently when I stabbed my hand cooking. Both times Dr. Matt helped me out and he was awesome. He explains everything clearly, takes his time, and just makes you feel taken care of. The staff are super nice too. Honestly, this is the only urgent care I will be visiting from now on. Thanks guys
This is my closest urgent care that takes my insurance but I would rather drive 10 miles or so away than go back here. I came here with a persistent cough, expecting there wasn’t much to be done about that, but I shouldn’t have been proven so correct.
The office was deserted, yet I spent 1 minute chatting symptoms with the doctor, who then spent 2 minutes trying to get me (and my partner, who came with me into the room) to leave a good review on the internet. That does not sit right with me. He diagnosed me correctly, I think, since my cough went away, but seriously? Sorry. Dispense compassionate care, and you can earn a good review maybe.
I was kindly greeted upon entrance and taken care of by Dr.Wu with genuine concern for a consultation on my throat swab check up. The front desk gave clear instructions for how to set up an appointment; not only that there was almost little to no wait time.
