I have purchased multiple homes and refinanced many times and my experience with Nexgen Home Finance was by far superior to anyone else I worked with. Jason is honest, trustworthy, kind, responsive and transparent in an industry with a lot of shady characters. He spent as much time as we needed answering questions and discussing options and never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. My only concern is he will become so popular that he won't have any time to help me in the future!

I have worked with a couple companies in the past regarding my home finance and this one is, by far, the best! Jason and Leyla were more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone else that we have dealt with. We consider ourselves lucky to have been referred to them. After working with them, we know that we never have to look elsewhere because of the high level of customer service that they offer. They were always been upfront and explained things in such detail that we rarely had questions. When we did though, the responses were always exactly what we needed in order to move forward.

We were referred to Jason by a coworker. Both him and his wife are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain things. Jason made us feel like a friend and not a client. So we were shocked when after they sold our house, we never heard from them again. We were in the process of trying to find if we could afford a nice neighborhood in California. Leyla told us she would call us back with some options. Last we heard they were heading to our newly sold house to hand it over to the new owners. Not a word since. Not a thank you for your business or congratulations on selling your home. Nothing. It was very bizarre. Like they disappeared. We hope they are doing well and nothing bad happen. However, it was very odd and worth mentioning. Especially after such a positive interaction with them up until that point. The only negative experiences we had is when we were troubled that they let a Realtor bring a lot of traffic through our house when they said they were only bringing their one client. We didn't want unknown people walking through our house without supervision because we have had bad experiences in the past with people stealing things etc and having no way to track who did it. We wanted someone there to obviously oversee the foot traffic or at least know who was walking through our home. Lastly, we were given a lot of paperwork via email or mail and were expected to go through everything ourselves. So when we didn't do things right Jason seemed upset at times but if he would have gone over the paperwork with us in person it would have been easier to determine what he wanted. They lived an hour away from us so I think it was inconvenient. I would recommend always meeting in person based on our experience. Other then those things. Overall, they are rare amongst a sea of corrupt snakes in this business. Also, we got to meet a fantastic inspector recommended by them. His name is Will. Another rare bird :)

I heard about NexGen on the radio. While I am usually skeptical about media advertising, I was looking for a third quote on my re-fi. I advised all three companies that I was getting competitive quotes. Jason Kiffe (one of the owners of NexGen) gave me a quote that really beat the others. The others then offered to match him, but I figured why go with the runner-up? Every time I called he either answered the phone immediately or called me back promptly. He answered every question patiently and made sure I understood the issues so that the decisions I made were well-informed ones. The capper came when I decided that I wanted to buy down the rate. He tried to talk me out of it, but I was determined. He went ahead and shopped to find the lowest payment that I could get and presented me the numbers on that deal. It turned out that by choosing this option, I actually increased his fee - but he still tried to talk me out of it because it would greatly increase my principal. It is rare to find someone that will stand up for his client's best interests even when it decreases his own income. I recommend Jason Kiffe and NexGen to anyone that wants to re-finance and wants that peace of mind that comes from dealing with persons of integrity.
