Worked with Tom post surgery to regain mobility and strengthen in my bicep. The overall experience was great. Tom was supportive and continuously encouraged exercises and stretches that would further my recovery. The team is knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive, and most importantly, I am back doing the activities I enjoyed before the injury.
***UPDATE 10/23/24*** Since I have made this review, I have received calls from New Life. I received a sincere apology from Brandon for the service provided and would be mindful in the future. Their director, Thomas, also called and visited our office to offer his apologies as well and would do his best to avoid similar situations in the future. I really appreciate this because it is so important for specialists to build good relationships with each others offices - it just ensures our patients get the best care. Thank you again, Thomas!

I saw Tom for a shoulder injury that I sustained when I started exercising again. He was super helpful. He explained what my injury was, gave me stretching and strengthening exercises to rehab the injury, and I'm totally fine now. He's really knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, too. I recommend him very highly!
