This office is amazing! Kathy's great customer service is what made me switch my doctor, just talking to her on the phone. Everyone there is so welcoming and polite and both doctors are great, they really go above and beyond. They really are passionate about what they do and will take great care of you!
I've been coming to this office for a while now, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is friendly, the office is clean and organized, and they make everything easy and comfortable. The doctor is thorough, professional, and takes the time to answer any questions. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality eye care.
Very nice, down-to-earth people. I was seen right away for both my appointments. Kathy and Sam prepared me for my eyesight evaluation by Dr. Tamayo (Dr. T). They were pleasant and helpful providing answers about insurance and the different service options available. Dr. T explained about eyes in general and my eyes specifically. He was very nice and patient. When I returned to pick up my glasses, Dr. Tu took time to tell me how to get used to them and made sure they fit properly. I felt very comfortable there. Caring, professional and smiles. Very nice.
