“Extremely good customer service and clearly very knowledgeable. Helped me big time on a custom set of doors in Laguna Beach. Where as someone else would’ve just slapped the handle we had on, he took the time to show us how off center it would be. The mortise lock the customer had ordered just wasn’t right for how the door was made. Again, honest and knowledgeable. Thank you!”
“The good: Were responsive and did the the job they were contracted to do. New auto key. The not so good: Was quoted one price and raised it $60 when the technician arrived without any rationale.”
