Amazing service! I love that all communication is done via Text. The moment I dropped off my clothes, I got a Text with receipt of my drop off and estimated date/time when they would be ready for pickup. When they were ready, I got a Text. Whenever I was ready to pick them up, I just simply replied "ON MY WAY". The moment I got there 15 minutes later after my Text, my clothes were ready for me - clean, neatly pressed. Never had to wait at all! An added bonus (and a patriotic one) is that all active US military uniforms are complimentary. Thank you Kona Cleaners!

Waiter spilled olive oil onto my lap at a restaurant, I thought for sure my jeans were smoked for good and would end up in the trash (which sucks because they were expensive). Kona took care of them and even a day ahead of schedule. Just look at the pics, I'm still dumbfounded on how they got it all out when I washed them twice myself!100% would go back!

I had a rush job that needed to be done and they were able to do it within 2 days. Their service was impeccable. The person at the counter was courteous and friendly. They did an amazing job on the uniform. They remove the train tracks and the shirt was super clean compared to some of the vietnamese place I went to.
