I showed up for care at 12:10pm and was told that they couldn't see me because they close at 1pm for lunch. They kept asking why are you here &I have to see if we have time. They are more concerned with closing for lunch than patient care. They are so unprofessional. Save time go to OC urgent care instead.

I’ve visited this urgent care over 10 times, and they have helped me every single time. They even referred me to a specialist who was able to fully resolve a major medical issue. I’m so grateful for their professionalism and care. Highly recommend!

I thought they were helpful and quick. The doctor was very friendly and listened to my issues and took into consideration my allergies before coming up with a treatment plan. Finished up treatment and feel better than ever!

I have been having health issues for quite some time but this urgent care has been nothing but good to me. Anytime I need help or am concerned they do there best to figure out why I am so ill 🤒 😷 they seem genuinely concerned on my health which I absolutely appreciate, they treat me very well and give the best adive for my issues. I do appreciate the nurses and docs that work their i do recommend huntington beach urgent care because well they get the job done and they seem to enjoy doing it and helping out their fellow humans lol 😆 I am very pleased that they found some of my issues i was able to get my referrals in a matter of a week or so they genuinely care and I absolutely 💯 do recommend

My first experience seeking treatment at an urgent care and it went as smoothly and as comfortably as possible. Jasmine at the front desk and Stephanie NP were absolute sweethearts and helped me out while I was sick. Thank you for your excellent patient care! ♥️

I had a very disappointing experience at Huntington Beach Urgent Care. I went in with a personal concern about my menstrual cycle and was seen by Dr. Stephanie Thompson. Unfortunately, she showed no empathy or genuine concern. I even had a photo to show her for reference, and she showed no interest in viewing it. She did not order any lab work, imaging, or further evaluation that most physicians would typically recommend in such cases. Her communication was vague and unhelpful.
To make matters worse, the wait time made no sense. There were only two people in the waiting area, yet one patient left due to the delay. When I politely asked how much longer it would be, I was told 45 minutes—at that point, I was the only patient there.
Overall, this visit felt like a complete waste of time and money. I left feeling unheard and frustrated. I would not return and cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

Dr. Thomas and the staff did an amazing job of assisting me with a piece of glass in my foot. Dr. Thomas injected my foot with pain medicine then was able to remove the piece of plate in my foot and did an amazing job. Dr. Thomas is extremely passionate about giving outstanding care and was very professional about taking the glass out of my foot in a way that didn't give me a lot of pain. Been to memorial care and other urgent care facilities in Orange county, California. This urgent Care gives you fast high quality service. It's a smaller office. Much better care. Attention to detail and a smiling happy doctor that took a piece of glass out of my foot,
