Great beach for everyone, dogs can run free with no leash for a few miles. Be prepared for a sandy blanket and random dog visitors 😂🐕🦺 Parking is a challenge but there is also a great bike path if you can make that work.
Great spot for a day out with your dog. i’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been a reliable place to let them run wild without a leash. The beach itself is usually clean and the water is fine, but pack your own towels cause the rinse stations can be hit or miss. my only real gripe is the parking situation it gets insane on weekends and you might end up walking a mile just to get to the sand. Other than that its been pretty consistent and the vibe is always friendly with other owners. Honestly, I’d probably rate it 5 stars if they added more bathrooms or at least kept the ones they have stocked with hand sanitizer. Good place though,... read full review
All the dog parents were very attentive to their pets. The beach was clean and Life Guards on duty. My Yorkie had a blast! 6 years old and I had never seen her run so fast or have so much fun with a shoreline.
(Two years later) Surprised how other dogs are so involved with the shoreline. So fun to watch. And to see my Yorkie dance in the sand, having so much fun.
