After receiving and reviewing six different quotes for our backyard remodel, we chose to move forward with HQ Remodeling. The decision was an easy one, largely due to our project manager, Dan. He was exceptionally hands-on, clearly explaining the process, including how they would raise the rebar to prevent future cracking in the concrete. We also added lighting, which turned out beautifully. Dan ensured the final product matched our vision.

We had pavers and artificial turf installed in our backyard, and the experience was great with HQ! Rapha, Alfredo and crew were professional, showed up on time, and finished the job exactly when they said they would. I was looking for a good person to fix up our kitchen and bathroom. I talked to about 5 or 6 different contractors, and I picked Eli from HQ. I really can't say enough good things about his company. It was the first time I worked with someone who truly cared about the job, not just making money. He made this whole renovation much easier than I thought it would be, and he gave me fair prices when we made changes. The final look is exactly what I wanted, and he paid great attention to small details. Our kitchen looks clean and new, and the bathroom feels so much nicer now. HQ remodeling did an exemplary job with our backyard renovation project. I took 5 different bids and I decided to go with HQ after balancing what they had proposed with the price quote. I definitely had no regrets with this decision! Omer and Raffa were very responsive to my questions and the foreman Carlos' work quality went far beyond my expectations. We had HQ Remodeling install a 50 ft brick border, create a stucco return with brick on top, and re-grade 50 ft of soil. Rapha, our salesman, handled everything perfectly, staying in regular contact with us and his crew. He was quite responsive to email, phone, and texts, and he promptly answered any questions we had, giving us a great sense of confidence in him and his company. He was very knowledgeable, making several very useful design suggestions about how to manage the project. His crew was on time every day, and they worked carefully and efficiently in completing the job. HQ Remodeling did an excellent job for us, and we’re quite pleased with the experience.
