Dr.E. Delavega was Amazing! She gave great patient care, took her time & helped treat the cause of the visit Immediately. Her staff is also very attentive and gave great customer service from the time of check in throughout! Clean & organized. Thank you, Hoag urgent care! I highly recommend them.

So, I reserved an appointment for 5:30 PM, I checked in at 5:05, the nurse came to get me at 5:25, and informed me that there were four patients before me. Why I wasn’t told this before, and do they only have one doctor or NP/PA to check patients? And The nurse who checked my vitals was extremely rude. I was seen at 6:19 and stayed with me until 6:43. I just stated my worsening symptoms and I was just let go and referred to speak to my primary physician to schedule an appointment with a specialist. I also, had what feels and looks like a swollen area of my lip, I asked her to look at it, and she just said, “It might be a cold sore”, then proceeded to explain how coldsore form, I then stated that based on her explanation, this is not a coldsore. And she just said, “Oh, it’s not coldsore then”, so, what is it? What a waste of time and what a horrible experience.
The front desk lady is so nice and friendly.
Also, I did the reserve a spot online many times before and this is the first time I’ve waited for over almost an hour to be seen.

Dr. Delavega’s follow on care was exceptional. She referred me out for a preliminary ultrasound and when it came back requiring additional ultrasounds - she kept in contact with me and coordinated all additional care. This spanned two days and she was there every step of the way. I have never had such comprehensive follow ups even from my primary care physician before! She was instrumental in ensuring my possibly life threatening condition was handled swiftly and with the urgency she deemed it required. THANK YOU DR. DELAVEGA!!! -Michael

I was initially told that I was 15th in line to see the doctor. I sat down and I’m about 5 minutes, I was given a computer pad to fill out my health history; witching 5 minutes I was brought in for vitals check. Shortly afterwards, Dr. Saman came in to check me out. He was great; I found him to be sharp, attentive and professional.

Check in was very helpful. I was advised of my wait time as a walk in when I initially arrived and was provided an appointment time later the same day which was very helpful.

I had to go there for a problem with my back and a cyst and they were unbelievably professional and fast and accurate and wonderful, I was visiting from Orlando and it was so awesome to find this group

I had fishing lure hook in my are VERY painful. I told the girl at front HOAG is my care group and that I was in the system. She asked for ID and insurance, the MA took me back right away. Dr Megan and MA Carolina were awsome. Dr Megan also said that she had seen this before, which made me feel better A BIG hug to all those ladies Thanks Alan
