This co was recommended by a neighbor with optimal results for a few years now. The manager, Ray, thoroughly checked out the house and showed me that there was termite infestation on all sides and on top, requiring wood replacement. There was no charge for his inspection. I was given a very fair price, especially since Hector and Juan have done such good, professional and clean work. The lesson learned is if you see termite droppings, take care of it right away before there is extensive damage. If I had acted sooner, I may have avoided the final step of tenting my house.

Having termites in your home is a painful experience, but working with Hi Tech Termite to eliminate the issue, was a great experience. Setting up the appointment for a free inspection was easy and Ray showed up on time and performed a thorough inspection.Ray was very friendly and professional. He walked us through the problem areas that he found from his inspection. Ray provided us with a quote and explained their process using microwave and/or chemical treatments for each area.
