I just done the fumigation, 1. the inspector looks like very experience, but he just a lot of bullshit, most of the word not in main point. he didn't even tell me have to empty the food of refrigerator. 2. I came to the job site, and noticed the problem(the termite worker told me), he just keep blame of me. and say there are $50 extra charge. look like a robber to rob a weak person. 3. I think Blue Chip is a agent, in fact, the worker came to my house said they are from A1 Fumigate, not from Blue chip. They suppose to get my uncle's house job after this fumigate, but I decide not to recommend. Try to call A1 directly, they might have better service and price.

After reading all the good reviews on this pest control, we decided to give them a try. I called and spoke to a male who scheduled a tech to come out on a Friday (We called them on a Tuesday). We adjusted our schedule and they said they would arrive between 1PM & 3PM on that Friday. 1PM came & went; 2PM came & went; 3PM came & went; etc. etc. I called their office at 4PM and got a very tinny sounding answering machine, so I left a message. At 5PM I sent an email to the address on their website. Nothing in response. No response at all until I received a garbled, incomplete message that I could not decipher (other than it was Blue Chip) the next day, Saturday. I don't know...read full review

A family member of ours had hired Blue Chip for terminate treatment a few years ago, and had a positive experience. We recently had an inspector come out to do a terminate inspection of our house. He arrived on-time, was thorough with the inspection; and explained well the scope and limitation of the inspection. He did not try to push any unnecessary services.
