My brother Robert recently passed away and it was a shock to us all since he was so young and it was very unexpected. It felt like a nightmare having to make funeral arrangements and not everyone on the phone was so nice about answering questions but when I got to calling Heritage I spoke to Caesar who was nothing but kind and he answered all of my questions, they took care of the paperwork and my brothers transportation and made everything as easy and smooth as possible for my mother and myself.
