Was sold the $150 combo acrylic mani/pedi package, plus tip for two staff (+$30). Regular toe polish (after we got started they told me there was an extra charge for gel toes), paid for gel upgrade on fingers. Free water & glass of champagne. Skipped cuticle work, skipped cleaning under natural nails, did not follow all items offered in package. Many upsell attempts, and guilt trip about "giving me free things" like shape (round) of nails. Sadly, middle finger nail broke quickly (glue came off), edges of naked nail could be seen and had no polish, so the edges of fingers, especially thumbs, snagged and broke quickly. I really like this place.I've come here for gel manicures and they always hold up. I went to another place this last time and so many of my nails broke.Haven't had a bad experience, very nice ladies ?

Not a too bad of an experience. The nail technicians are sometimes spread thin and your service can be rushed. We were advised that our pedicures would take about 1 hour and would include a hot stone treatment for $58 dollars plus tips. We never got our hot stone part of our pedicures and it was over in about 30 minutes. We actually didn't realize our pedicures were over until we saw our nail technicians working on other people. Maybe we'll try it again or just go back to our regular spot.
