I always leave this place thinking "Why did I ever go anywhere else?" - They are always busy yet I never have to wait. My nails always looks great and the staff is fantastic, but the real reason I come here is Vanessa. From the moment she answers the phone to the second she says goodbye to me, she is happy, sweet and sincere. Vanessa should teach a class on customer service- she is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!! She greets me like we're old friends and has a way of being a fantastic businesswoman and an amazing hostess at the same time. Love, love, love this place.

Overall, you get a good experience. The owners are amazing people and really do go above and beyond to make your time relaxing and worth it. I usually get the $60 pedicure package and it’s worth its value. Also, the wax they use is high quality.

The real reason for the five stars is the star of the shop, Vanessa! She always makes us feel so welcome. I got my husband hooked on pedicures a few years ago and now we come in pretty regularly. We both get the top-of-the-line detox pedicure (with the tropical citrus scent, it's the best) and make full use of the massage chairs. He gets a 30 minute shoulder massage and I get a full set or fill as necessary. It's a couple of hours of indulgent self-care that is completely worth it and we always walk out glad we came.
