I used it 2x in a row, back to back and then booked a 3rd appointment on my last day in town early in the morning in person to come to found out the receptionist never booked my 8AM appointment. Showed up and I didn’t have an appointment. You need to either send out confirmed notification via phone right away after booking to make sure a customer has an appointment or hire better receptionist who actually knows how to book an appointment. Very disappointed!! The 3 stars are for the gals who blowout my hair bc they actually did their job that they were hired to do and deduct 2stars bc of the receptionist who said I’m all set for Saturday at 8am and never was on the...read full review

Girls are extremely professional and Nice. However, Do Not get the Membership. Paid for over 6 months and was able to only schedule maybe 3 appointments. Every time I tried to get an appointment nothing was available and this is calling in at least a week prior to getting the appointment. Then I tried to cancel my membership twice to be told by the girls at the front desk both times"oh I can cancel that for you. Oh my computer is slow, I can take down your name and do that for you. 2 months later I'm still getting billed. Only to walk in and find out you can only cancel your membership through email. Can't help but wonder why I was being lied to and keep getting billed.

Great service, cute decor, fun environment! I usually come here to get a classic blowout or style when I have a concert/special occasion to attend. My hair is pretty frizzy/curly, and the most of the stylists do a great job knowing how to handle this hairtype without causing excessive frizz from blow dryers. They have always been accommodating of my style references and requests! I give four stars because the pricing keeps increasing, as a blowout is now $60- so it is not the most cost effective... but you are paying for the convenience in my opinion. Would recommend if you are in a pinch and in need of a quick hair do for a special occasion.
