Customers appreciate the friendly and knowledgeable service provided by the staff. For instance, Angel is commended for her assistance in making sunglasses fit better and thoroughly explaining the insurance process over the phone. Another employee, Paul, is recognized for his sharp appearance and extensive knowledge of the products. He even went to the back to retrieve additional frame options. Sonia is also mentioned for her courteous help in completing an order. Overall, the department is highly recommended for its super friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I had a fantastic experience at Costco Optical, thanks to Sonia! She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and went out of her way to assist me with picking the perfect glasses. Best kept secret!!! I went here earlier this year and got two great pair of glasses, regular and sunglasses. It was quick and easy. I had my prescription with my and bought a really REALLY nice pair of designer glasses! You would never know it came from Costco! Bvlgari! Then my car got stolen and of course my new glasses were in there! I went back and the manager was not very sympathetic to my sob story-i when showed her the police report…whatever! But Jenna, the customer rep was SOOO sweet! She tried to give me the best replacement deal she could. And then looked up every Costco that still had my frames and had it shipped.
