There were no signs or instructions to be found, and the studio itself was quite disorganized and messy. The girl who worked there attempted to persuade me into purchasing numerous packages that I had no interest in. It's quite disappointing to see that their business is far from the professional image they portray on Instagram. You guys are trying to be nice but seem fake.

If I could give 10 stars I would. First let me just say this was not my 1st rodeo, I have had micro blading done before. Never has it been painless. However Tifini made it Relatively painless, I was never uncomfortable. My brows were not red from irritation, as in the past. In fact I was able to go out to dinner afterwords. My brows look great, the best they have looked in years. I have found my brow girl and will never go anywhere else again. I LOVE MY BROWS!!!

I can not sing Tifini's praises enough. It took me years to finally decide on some one to do my Microblading. When I came across Tifini I had a good feeling. And OMG did she exceed all my expectations. I am OBSESSED with my brows and am so thankful for her attention to detail. If you have been thinking about Microblading. 10000% book with Tif.

I waited 3-4 months on the waiting list for this appointment. When it was finally my turn, Tifini gave me around a 24 hour notice to come in the next day. I let her know I would try to rearrange my schedule to make it but ended up not being able to. I informed her I wouldn't be able to make the appointment after all and I never heard back. The next day I then got a message on the Waitlist website asking if I was still interested in booking with her, I told her yes and gave her my availability and once again, never heard back. I've been growing my eyebrows out just for Tifini to tame them... at this point, I look like Chewbacca. It sucks I won't be getting them done by her. I understand she's busy/popular but the customer service provided should still be held to a certain standard.
