I have remodeling job going on in my house and the construction guy noticed an old pipe about to come loose when they opened a wall and called my attention to it. I called ARK Plumbing and they were able to send someone over the same day to handle the job, thus avoiding delays in my renovations. I asked another company to give me a quote and for a higher price they commented that they don’t want to do old plumbing fixtures because it’s like opening a can of worms. I cannot say enough positive things about ARK Plumbing. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because I was referred to them through my home warranty company, which can be a long and frustrating experience. In this case, I was entirely wrong. The office people were fast, professional, friendly and went the extra mile to support me in getting my water heater replaced quickly. Both the plumber who came for diagnostic and the plumber who did the replacement were timely, efficient, communicative and professional. They even left the job cleaner than when they came. They have made me a customer for life. Thank you again!

Service was okay. The plumber showed up around noon when he was supposed to come between 8-9am, but he fixed our faucet and it has been working well since. I even called around 9:30 and was told he would be coming within the hour, so I'm glad I wasn't busy that day and was able to be home when he finally arrived. But other than that, the plumber was fine and our sink is fixed, so I'm satisfied.
