Fast service at a great price! Can’t ask for much more. Had a problem with my solar pool heater. Joe came out and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He ordered the replacement part and let me know when it would arrive. A few days later, he was back to complete the repair. Great service and great communication throughout. Active Pool is my new go-to for any future pool related repairs.

Trying to find a replacement controller for a Polaris unit and explain the guy on the phone but he said we don't have anything to do with that It was a weird conversation and thought they would have parts or lead me to somebody who would get me the right parts but felt like I called the wrong number.? Awkward
