I first saw Dr. Luxenberg in 1990 when I was 17 years old. I have been returning to see him for 34 years now and I think he is such a wonderful doctor. He's very friendly, down to earth, and has a great bedside manner. His staff is very professional, courteous and they go out of their way to help you. If you need to see a dermatologist I would highly highly recommend him!

Best place about this place is the staff. The receptionist Jen is like a burst of good energy and is the most wonderful person to talk to. Dianne helped me with some insurance questions and was really patient with me. Dr. Martinez was who I saw and he is super friendly and put me at ease (I don't enjoy needles). Anyways, great place. Not a bad wait with Dr. Martinez. And love love love the front girls.

Dr. Luxe is a fantastic dermatoligst. He is extremely personable and makes the unpleasant experience of derm work go by in a heartbeat. I have been going to him for 30 years to remove various sunspots. He is extremely talented at this and have not had any scarring. I have recommended him to numerous friends and family that have been extremely happy with his results. He will take care of multiple skin issues in one visit without the hassle of insurance...The office staff is great and will often notify you ahead of time if he is running behind schedule! Thank you Dr. Luxe for all you do!

Ive gotten dysport done twice at this place and it was totally Watered down dysport. Which is upsetting because I was an actual insurance paying patient, no Groupon, no walk- in. Go somewhere else for actual results.

Irresponsible and unprincipled medical practice. Doctors doing bad business here. Don't agree to anything in the examination room. Don't trust the doctor. Before they do any procedure, get the costs in writing. The billing dept is all about the money. I'm prone to freckles and sunspots so I saw Dr. Luxenberg as a new patient for an initial consult. During the visit, he identified a couple of benign lesions and said they can be quickly removed via cryotherapy during the same visit. But before going forward, I stopped him to ask if the procedures would "cost me extra," to which he answered that they would not. I understood this to mean that, aside from the office visit copay, there would be no additional charges. But when I received the billing statement, there were two procedures totaling $180 charged. I called the billing office to resolve the issue right away. I recounted to billing of what Dr. Luxenberg assured me of. The billing rep told me she would get back to me. She never did. So I called to follow-up again weeks later and left a message. Still no one responded to me. The whole matter went to the back burner until 2 years later! They sent me the same bill!! So I called the billing office ONCE AGAIN and spoke with the billing rep, telling her that up until now, no one has ever followed up with me. I recently had the most frustrating series of exchanges with the same two reps over and over. So I asked the rep if I should write a letter to the doctor directly. But, guess what---he never responded because the billing people intercepted. Billing called me to tell me that they received the letter, but they wouldn't tell me if the doctor ever read my letter or not, nor did they acknowledge what they've put me through, and finally, they threatened to send my bill to collections if I didn't pay them immediately. Bottom line: It's not about the cost, it's about the principle. The doctor needs to be accountable to his patients. So I came up with some words to live by from now on: "When confronted with clowns, don't bother negotiating. Cut your losses and get the hell out of that circus ASAP!"

Dr Rosenberg is awesome. The visit is comfortable, like visiting a close friend, because he jokes and remembers events related to you and your family. Mohs are quick and efficient. The way he stitches is artistic; such beautiful results. The office staff is fun and friendly. If there is a wait, it's because he is that good. We've been going to Dr Rosenberg for over 10 years.

I was very pleased with the professional service. Dr. Rosenberg did an excellent job in reconstructig an extensive Mohs surgery on my ear. Irish, the medical assistant was very professional, friendly and courteous to help during my recovery visits. My family is very pleased with the results, no one can even notice what was done. I highly recommend Dr. Rosenberg for any dermatology treatment needed.
