“Called to make a last minute appt for a child. A toddler child! Already having one failed attempt a few weeks ago, I was open minded. The nice lady who did my grandson's hair cut was amazing! She approached very friendly & quietly. He was still a little hesitant, but she was so patient and snipped when she felt it was safe. Before long, we were finished...with few short breaks.
