My son is three years old and has had at least 8 haircuts with the owner Xochitl. Every time he comes in for his appointment, she has a bright smile and a warm welcome. She takes her time and talks to him during the entire haircut, giving him praise for how well he's doing in the chair, which encourages him to continue.
His haircut always looks great, but the best part is the care and attention she shows him. She is a complete natural with kids and it shows.
Typically, when he is done with his haircut, he goes around to the other ladies and shows off his new hair. They all give him an amazing response.

I went to Jessica to get highlights, and she did an amazing job! She was helpful, friendly, professional, and she was able to give me just what I wanted. The entire team at Salon Karisma is always very friendly and professional. I see Aly regularly and sometimes Xochitl. They are both skillful with color, highlights, and haircuts. They provide honest feedback and always look out for the health of my hair.
