I wrote a bad review and the system isn't letting me remove it. So I just wanted to report that I received a phone call from Sherry apologizing for the old invoice I just received...she said that it was a quickbooks issue that generated a new invoice, but that our account has been notated and we will get a letter showing we don't owe anything further.

Such friendly professional service. Chris was quick and yet took time to change my filter and showed me how to in the future - he was actually just slated to change out my AC capacitor. Over and above - smiling the whole time. ?Service: A/C system repair

Twice I've worked with Rianda Air. Both were very positive and professional. The first time they were contracted to install an air conditioner in my house so that my wife could convalesce at home. Unfortunately she never made it home and, although they had ordered and received the air conditioner they offered to cancel the order without a restocking fee when they found out that she had passed away. Special people! The second time was today. My furnace stopped working and I called Rianda Air.
