5 stars aren't enough for Extreme Air! They are the ideal family owned small business you hope to come across. They have that rare quality of making you feel like you are their only . They have some of the best customer service I've ever come across. They don't try to sell you more than you need. From the office, to the crew, to the owner, they are professional, friendly, and have great communication with each other and also the customer. Everyone's on the same page and it makes dealing with issues that might be very stressful much less so. Great service! Highly recommend if you need your heater repaired in Hollister area. My heater suddenly stopped working over the weekend and I called Extreme Air first thing Monday morning for an appointment. The woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and was able to schedule me an appointment within 24 hours of my call. Their service technician came earlier today and within an hour was able to get my heater repaired and up and running. I was very impressed with both the customer service and the quick turnaround. Im so glad i have a warm house again! Def recommend!
