“Pearson runs a family business with a handful of skilled employees that are long-term employees that are part of an honest, hard-working family that actually cares about its customers. Hard to find these days. I've searched far and wide for months before selecting Pearson. It's hard to get an appointment because skilled workers are in high demand and get booked well in advance. They charge a fair hourly rate which some may find high, your loss. Pearson was upfront about charging a min which is understandable because skilled help that arrives on time, works hard, is fast because they know exactly what they are doing, and finishes based on a solid plan is worth every penny in my book. At the end of the day, no one else will touch my pool even if I have to wait. They have earned my respect, business, & trust because of their skilled employees, no-nonsense, direct, and honest approach to business. This family has ethics and is willing to earn honestly. Pearson did the work other companies should have been able to do but either didn't have the skills or attempted to turn the task into a much bigger job with unnecessary parts and inflated schedules.
