I needed a few pair of pants hemmed to my size, the lady asked me when did I need them? I said ASAP but no rush. She then denied my business. I was very confused. I liked all the good reviews and was eager to try, I guess my money was not good enough.

They went above and beyond what I expected! My suit lost a button and I saw it fall so I had it, so I told them about it, and showed them where it went. Another button had fallen but I didn't see when it fell so I didn't mention it or another that was loose if it ain't broke why fix it... I went to pick up my 3 piece suit and the lady tells me she fixed the button I gave her and she had found the other 2 buttons and fixed them also! Now I don't have to worry about that other button falling and I'll look just a little better the next time I wear my suit! I also took a dress shirt in that I couldn't get the ring out of. Absolutely the best cleaners in Highland. Family owned and they are so nice. I've been coming to them for nearly 20 years and they have been great. My only cleaners o go to.
