Im sure there must have been some sort of miscommunication with the customers leaving bad reviews, but my experience was the exact opposite. The staff was very attentive, courteous and polite. I called to make an appointment for contact lenses, something I had been hesitant to do since I've had bad experiences prior to coming here and felt like they never worked but wanted to give them another try. My family has been seeing Dr. Miller for several years. She is thorough and caring. You may have to wait a few extra minutes to be seen, but just do it. The time she spends with you is worth any extra minutes you may have to wait.
