I called Ortiz Roofing and spoke with Sharon. She was so nice. She came out and gave us a quote for a flat roof replacement. After a big mess with my insurance co telling us the wrong material list, she came up with several options and helped figure out my insurance co was wrong. We ended up going with my original roofer only because Ortiz wasn't able to provide a hot mop installation. But, I would have used them if that was possible. Great customer service.

Best experience! After having to fire a different unscrupulous roofing company, we were fortunate enough to find Ortiz Roofing. Sharon came to assess what the old roofing company had done, pointed out items that still needed repaired, told us what she could continue working with that had already been done, and came in at a very affordable price for us to work with. After everything was done, the end result was fantastic! Ortiz Roofing made sure everything was done timely, and with excellent quality in workmanship.
