They quickly handle requests, such as adjusting work clothes, and deliver quality results. While the service is attentive and reliable, some customers wish the staff answered the phone more often. Overall, Highland & Palm Cleaners is known for great service and expert alterations.
They are just the best! Our go to for cleaning and alterations! Rosa is an amazing seamstress! Have been going to them since 2009, when we moved to Running Springs. Moved to Beaumont last year and we still go to them! No one in our new location comes close to comparison!
I recently received my work clothes and they were way to big. So I did as any person would and googled looking for help. I found Highland &Palm Cleaners and went to visit the store before going into work at my Nocturnal position. I was instantly greeted by such a kind staff member who helped me adjust my work pants to my desired fit. I was given clear detail that it would take 2 days and would be ready for pick up at 3 pm. Called in early on the day of promise and my work pants were ready at 12 pm. Everyone there is so kind and attention oriented and my pants came out amazingly.
