I am extremely impressed by Jonathan, the service technician, who came out to diagnose a leak by my house. Out of the 6 companies that came out, he was the only one to figure out that the leak was coming from the backyard sprinkler system. He took the time to research everything instead of quickly deciding it was a slab or mainline leak which I had estimates ranging from $9-14,000 dollars to fix. Jonathan has integrity which is rare to find in people now days. I recommend him and this company very highly. I will definitely be using them in the future and specifically asking for Jonathan. Thank you so very much!!!
I always have good service with Champion. I have used them three times: most recently for AC repair. The tech, Eric, explained what was wrong, offered me a tier of options, and facilitated the repair at a time that was convenient for me given that I'd be out of town. The repair was done well, and videos were sent to me since I wasn't at home at the time. I felt the communication was efficient and the work that was done was reliable. And they've always encouraged me to call them if I had further questions.
Eric came out , really good service , friendly, knowledgeable, answered any questions I had and very happy with the results , will definitely be reaching out if and when I have other issues.
