This location appears to be severely under staffed but they still offer appointments every 15 mins with no way to accommodate patients who have appointments. The two providers I interacted with appeared to be in no rush to accommodate the amount of patients in the waiting room. I waited a full 30 mins past my appointment time before I was checked in and then I waited another 15 mins before I was actually treated. Upon leaving the only option I was given to receive my test results was through the app which I had not previously downloaded and the receptionist offered no further advice. Overall I would not recommend this location unless you have an entire day to wait around.

I felt a home here, just a lot more cleaner than my home. Definitely the only urgent care I’ve ever rated. The staff are very competent and welcoming. I highly recommend them.

Viviana partida, NP, was the best! She helped ease my mind with her knowledge and experience of my injury. Her recommendations were exactly what I needed to begin my healing process. I am so glad I went and would recommend this facility with their expert care and caring receptionist, to anyone.

I was able to make a same-day appointment and I was in and out within 10 minutes! Definitely coming here from now on. Staff was super friendly and rooms were modern and clean.

It started when I had Covid in Boston in 2021 and all the Urgent Care waiting rooms were like death camps.. I googled video urgent care and up came Carbon, 5 minutes later I was in a video appointment, available immediately, 2 hours after that CVS delivered Paxlovid prescription. Any further questions I had were easily answered on the app and a follow up appt. All of this cost nothing.2 years later I need an STD test and don't want to go to my regular doctor, so I Google STD testing and Carbon comes up first with their local urgent Care center here. Next day I had my test, easy peasy professional, and again free with my health insurance. These guys make it easy for Urgent Care with no wait and a fully interactive app. There is no comparison with other urgent care, they win hands down.

The last thing you want to have to do is find an urgent care when you go away for a four-day weekend but unfortunately I had to and I’m so glad we ended up where we did. The staff was amazing. They took great care of me and I would recommend them highly to anybody in the area. Thanks y’all.

If you can go to another Urgent Care please do so! They had looked at my info and told me I had no copay, that I didn't have to pay for anything for my visit. Everything was fine until a month later they billed me for $200! The next month, I was charged for $410! This place is a scam. Please be sure if you're in this predicament to file a complaint under the "No surprise billing act". What they are doing is illegal.

Today we used Carbon Health Urgent Care, Highland, CA. My son was stung by a bee at school during lunch and had an extreme allergic reaction. Carbon Health recognized his condition and took immediate, responsive action. The Doctor was very thorough in his assessment of my son’s medical needs. The entire ordeal was very stressful!! Carbon Heath and their staff, were very reassuring in letting us know what was going on, and what actions they were taking to save my son. Overall, I could not have asked for better treatment! The whole experience was handled very professionally and made us feel that our son was getting the best care possible. And, to top it off, I found out that Carbon Health is a contractor for Kaiser Health Care and they accepted our Kaiser health insurance. So glad we discovered Carbon Health Urgent Care.

I went here for TB testing. I arrived a little after 6pm on a Wednesday ( no appointment) and there was only one other patient that came in as a was getting done signing in. Everything seemed clean, the staff was very helpful and courteous. I knocked out one star just because of the cost for the TB testing was $50.
