It started when I had Covid in Boston in 2021 and all the Urgent Care waiting rooms were like death camps.. I googled video urgent care and up came Carbon, 5 minutes later I was in a video appointment, available immediately, 2 hours after that CVS delivered Paxlovid prescription. Any further questions I had were easily answered on the app and a follow up appt. All of this cost nothing.2 years later I need an STD test and don't want to go to my regular doctor, so I Google STD testing and Carbon comes up first with their local urgent Care center here. The last thing you want to have to do is find an urgent care when you go away for a four-day weekend but unfortunately I had to and I’m so glad we ended up where we did. The staff was amazing. They took great care of me and I would recommend them highly to anybody in the area. Thanks y’all.
