I brought my mother to her neuro appointment. Everyone was cordial however, we waited for 20 minutes to be taken to a room despite the waiting room being empty. Dr. AlSharif Is always pleasant and professional. My complaint is the back office assistant was wearing faded blue jeans. This is so unprofessional and looks very bad. As though they don't care what kind of impression they give to patients. This needs to be addressed immediately.

This location no longer provides specialty Care such as Endocrinology, or laboratory services. It is very inconvenient as specialty services have been outsourced across California. Also, under Optum, I am no longer able to talk directly to my doctor's office without going through others who relay my message to the doctors office. The system has changed drastically since converting to Optum.

I would like to give s great compliment for Jennifer at the Boulder clinic in Highland Ca. Shes on the first floor and helps to check paients in. She continues to smile and says goodmorning right away. This helps to make paients more relaxed before seeing their Dr. So thank you Jennifer. Keep doing what you love.
