Yep, I was beyond disappointed we were in the area had to do some shopping and we're quite hungry so we grab something from the deli which we've been known to do. We just grabbed the chicken strips with two sides, and we just went for Mojo potatoes for both of those sides. You could look at the photo and see that the quantity that they gave us of Mojo potatoes was outrageously small for it being our two side sides. I know that these are just premade chicken strips, but for some reason, they were extremely salty and the texture of them was just off. My family shops at Albertsons near Thanksgiving because one of our family members receives a gift card from their work. It is a bit more expensive than other stores (Stater Bros. and Walmart are cheaper, but the card is for Alberton's or Vons. The shopping experience was fine. It is just that the cashier (heavy set, brown hair, fake nails) seemed a little uppity. We paid with a gift card and some cash, and my sister saw the top number and misread the total. The total was $69.00 and my sis gave her $62. At every other store, the cashier would just put the $62 dollars in the register and say okay, your total is now $7.00. This is my neighborhood Albertsons, which is the closest to me and today I had a very bad experience before arriving. I tried calling the store to put in a chicken order in advance for pick up through the deli department. No one answered. I called a couple more times and no one answered, so I proceeded to walk into the store and asked The Delivassociate if I can order a fried chicken I asked for 32 and I knew coming in that it was gonna be over 25 minute wait which I was prepared for after placing the order. She approaches me and proceeds to tell me that next time I should try to call in because she's if she's too busy she's gonna say no, but she's... read full review
