I would give Mark a ten if I could, he gave me a quick turnaround on my computer pretty much less than a day
And and he took the time to show me how it was working. He almost gave me whiplash, cause it working so fast.I'll give it a good workout over this next few days.And see what happens. I highly recommend him.

Mark of MCT provided superior service for a more than fair price. I was ready to just give in and buy a new laptop but decided to see if mine was worth fixing before I pulled the trigger. I reached out on a Sunday morning and within an hour he responded back. He gave me a few potential causes of the issues I described based on the make/model, a preliminary plan for repair, and a quote. Upon pickup, turns out he was exactly right! I dropped my laptop to him the next day and had it back fully functioning like new again within 24 hours.
