My requested service was to have my files backup before factory reset, due to me not being able to remember my password. Once in, the technician notified me that no pictures or files were present. To add value to my service order he upgraded my operating system to Windows 11. The technician at PC Fix was professional, timely and accommodating. Thank you PC Fix.
