I have never been involved in any level of combat sport before and Daniel ahs made things feel natural for me in the first few months alone. Kids classes are more technical and not just about letting the kids tire themselves out doing pushups for 45 minutes a day. Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu for adults has an high skill ceiling for those who know what they are doing.“
