The gym is also extremely clean and professional, which makes training there even better. I really appreciate that the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu taught here comes directly from the Gracie family system, including jiu-jitsu with strikes implemented for real self-defense situations. It’s not just about techniques — it teaches discipline, confidence, and how to live the martial artist lifestyle both on and off the mat.

Due to abundance of instructors, the ratio of instructor to student is usually ranges 2 to 1 - 1 to 3 depending on the day and attendance, which is great for learning. A perfect environment for kids to learn Martial Arts, get in shape, and have fun.“
