Dr. Ho is very thorough, but more importantly she’s very patient! It’s hard to tell the difference in the clarity between slides sometimes, but she doesn’t hesitate to go back and forth several times in order to be certain. She’s also very kind and personable, as is the rest of the staff. Once the exam is over and shopping for frames begins, everyone is helpful. Especially Diana.
It was an amazing experience. The optometrist was very thorough and patient with me as she helped figure out my prescriptions and the technician Diana was amazing, helping me put contacts in for the first time! Great customer service, would definitely recommend!
Dr. Was extremely helpful and explained everything thoroughly about what was going on with my eyesight. Everyone in the front were attentive, friendly and supportive when picking out my glasses.
