Leslie's Pool service sold me a "refurbished"Pentair pool heater. With the help of my friend, I installed it myself but when I tried to turn it on it would not ignite. I called Leslie's. They took forever and sent a service "tech" who was totally clueless, said Pentair would fix it. Pentair said Leslie's would fix it. Round and round, a second tech from Leslie's came out, still no luck. I called Accutemp who sent out a real service tech. Within minutes he found the problem and had me up and running.A vacuum line was plugged into the wrong place. Thank you Accutemp! Now I finally have a heated pool.
