The Bar Method Hermosa Beach

I’ve been going to the Bar Method for the year and half and recently hit 300 classes. I’ve done many classes from Core Power to Orange Theory to F45 and have never had the results at any of those that I have with Bar. The instructors are all great and are constantly giving you modifications so you feel safe and like you are becoming a pro! I highly recommend trying Bar!

I have been very active since high school doing a lot of different kinds of workouts and would take bar classes over the years, but in January of this year I started to exclusively workout at Bar Method HB. I found that my back kept going out with other types of workout and the only classes that never did this were Bar Method. Going on 10 months and 104 classes later - my core and back have never been stronger and I have never been more addicted to a workout. All of the instructors are amazing. They all bring great energy and challenge you while not pushing to any point of injury. I live this studio and feel so lucky to have found it!

I have been a Bar Method client for years. As of recently I've been going consistently and feel so much more energized, toned and stronger. I especially enjoy the Express classes, as I get a complete workout in just 45 minutes.I also appreciate that they are always mixing things up, so it doesn't get boring! Each class is always new and different, and when I feel sore the next day, I know I was using muscles that I hadn't been using!The instructors are ALL so wonderful, kind, and sweet. They help you with your form in a very non-intimidating way and are all so welcoming and genuine.
